How Long Will My Order Take?

​We typically finish and ship custom orders and cables within 5 business days of order placement. If we’re experiencing longer build times, we will send an email notification within 48 hours of order placement.

What Is Your Return Policy?

All of our standard cables feature a 14-day money-back guarantee. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, mail it back in new condition within 14 days of receiving it. We will issue a full refund once we receive it. Please include the order number with your return.

If your return is damaged or poorly maintained, we may charge a 20% restocking fee.

We cannot accept returns on any custom cables that fall outside our standard variations on the website, such as non-standard terminations, wire configurations, and outside-sourced materials.

Most dealer items have a 14-day return policy as well. However, returned dealer items above $600 will incur a 15% restocking fee. Items must be returned in new condition.

What Is Your Warranty?

C3 Audio offers a 2-year limited warranty on our audio cables, which includes manufacture and assembly defects. The warranty begins on the date you receive your order. Please contact us with your order number for warranty support.

Do You Ship Internationally?

All international orders ship via USPS Priority International. The minimum shipping cost on all international orders is $25 flat rate. This shipping service typically takes 10-14 days and cannot always be tracked for every country. Please be patient with the default shipping because it allows us to keep customer costs down.

We highly recommend Express International as a shipping option, especially on orders of $200 or more, because it has both guaranteed delivery times and delivery confirmation with tracking.

International customers are responsible for all customs or duties they may owe. You will receive approximate shipping times because customs times can vary widely from country to country.

If you live in a country known for unreliable customs and postal delivery, we recommend using Express International shipping because it is the best way to ensure delivery.

Absolutely! We love taking custom orders and have helped many satisfied customers over the years. Contact us to ensure you get the exact specifications you need because custom orders are not covered under our return policy.
